A community seed bank in the Eastern Region to preserve seeds and seedlings of most adapted varieties for the locality. This in turn would ensure constant availability of quality seeds and improved seedlings, improved food security and living conditions of the most vulnerable population.

DR JAMES ORLEANS-LINDSAY
Dr. James Orleans-Lindsay is an adroit man with multiple talents and abilities . As an incisive businessman with keen interest in both a real estate and social entrepreneurship, He is gifted with a knack for identifying multi-national opportunities and nurturing them into fruition thus contributing immensely to setting up the Youth support Podium as a passionate desire to help the youth. He is currently the president of Ghana Association of Young Entrepreneurs and contributor, Top African Managing Directors selected for the best practice by the United Nations Ref. His vision for the youth support podium is to have an impact of 2 million youths by 2020 in the various sectors of operation of YSP. His real estate agency, JL properties is fully supplying composites from waste at the JL Properties Site.

What we do
Training and Capacity Building
We strongly believe in building up a generation of youth whose presences are felt in job creation and wealth through training and capacity building. Thus we engage students in one student one bed farm projects, organize workshops and skill training to be used in the industry. It is our burning desire that all schools do have a garden
Agriculture
Due to high school intake leading to high demand for food in feeding students in the school feeding policy, we promote agricultural Innovation in the production of healthy foods and green vegetation. We are into the agribusiness sector growing a myriad of seedlings, seed banking and other gro-processing activities, adding value to agro-products.
Community Development
We have taken collective actions and initiatives at the grassroots level in agriculture to generate solutions to problems of social vices and low literacy rate in agriculture. Awareness creation, sensitization and mobilizing of student group in communities are been made to stir up interests in agriculture for Community wellbeing.
Opportunity liaising
JL Properties has opened her doors to Building and Construction Trainees (Abuakwa South municipal assembly) for industrial visits and attachments. As such we a link up students in rural and perri-urban to have exposures for such industrial visits, attachments and workshops, thus creating job opportunity for them as well.
